Accessibility Statement
Published June 10, 2026 · This statement is updated whenever the accessibility of the service changes substantially.
1. What this statement covers
This accessibility statement covers the KIERTUE service: the web application (app.kiertue.com), the kiertue.com website and the KIERTUE iOS app. The service is provided by JK Musiikkituotanto (auxiliary business name Koodisto Digital), contact info@kiertue.com. The service is subject to the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019) and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act. The technical basis for the accessibility requirements is the EN 301 549 standard, which refers to the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. The service is being developed against WCAG 2.2 AA. This statement is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Finnish version prevails.
2. Compliance status
KIERTUE partially meets the accessibility requirements. The service meets the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements for the most part. Non-accessible content is listed below in the section Non-accessible content.
3. Non-accessible content
The following content is not fully accessible. The shortcomings are being fixed as part of ongoing development. iOS app: • Dynamic Type does not yet cover all views. The core views are supported and the remaining views are in progress. (WCAG 1.4.4) • A full on-device VoiceOver testing round is still in progress. In some less frequently used views the screen reader experience may be incomplete. (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2) Web application: • Downloadable PDF files (setlists, day sheets and guest lists) are not accessible because they lack PDF/UA tagging. The same information is available in an accessible form in the application itself. (WCAG 1.3.1) • Screen reader testing (NVDA and VoiceOver) covers the core user journeys of the application. Less frequently used views, such as administration views, may contain shortcomings. (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2) • Third-party content used in the map and route features may be partly inaccessible. (WCAG 1.1.1)

Accessibility is improved as part of the normal development of the service. The fix round completed in June 2026 included, among other things: • fixing keyboard operability in core features, such as the show list and modal dialogs (closing with Esc and focus management) • adding screen reader support: labels for icon buttons, heading structure, form field labelling and status announcements • improving text colour contrast in the web application and the iOS app • restoring content zooming (pinch-zoom) in the web application • adding Dynamic Type support to the core views of the iOS app • adding support for reduced motion and reduced transparency settings on both platforms.
